In celebration of a year of significant art, culture, and sports, we are poised to present the Giz x Tango Hotel collaboration celebrating the “Sport of Graffiti.”

Growing up on the border of Brooklyn & Queens during the 1980’s, there were few ways for local kids to express themselves. With graffiti taking hold, and artwork all along the city, with so many forms and hand styles, GizNYC, was inspired and energized. Following a slight nudge from his cousin, the artist prodigy was born.

“I really chose my true passion, the true sport of graffiti,” said GizNYC. “A real graffiti writer is not doing it for money. He’s not doing it for any other reason than the passion of itself. There’s a lot of negative things that come with being a graffiti writer. It’s dangerous. It’s violent at times. You can get arrested...And you could definitely lose your life if you’re not paying attention and doing certain things. I respect people that do it for the real passion.”

Depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the product,

there may be several options available to you.

* Please note, that ALL items must have their

original tags attached, be unworn and unwashed.

• You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns or exchanges.

• If you would like to return an item for any reason other than mispacked or defective products, we can issue a refund to the original form of payment or a store credit in the form of an electronic gift card that you can use towards a future purchase. The store credit or the refund applied is for the purchase price of the product only and will not include any shipping fees charged for delivery. The store credit gift cards do not expire and can be used with a discount code.

• You will have 15 days from delivery of your package to file a return claim with customer service.

• If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement. We will provide a prepaid return label for our U.S. customers to retrieve the item. We can not ship out the replacement item until our warehouse receives the item being returned.

• If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 15 days ago, the item is no longer for available for sale, or if the item was purchased using store credit as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.

• If the item was purchased at an event, expo or any other special event, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

• Our company policy is, any order over $500 you are required to send in a copy of the credit card or proof of payment on paypal(Verified Address Statement), with a copy of your driver's license.

To begin processing any type of return, please contact our Customer Service team and provide your name, the order number, and the reason for returning the product.

You can contact us by filling out the contact form on this page. Once we have received the product and the return has been processed by our warehouse, we can issue the exchange or the in-store credit to your account. Please note that we are unable to accept returns that are dropped off by a customer at any of our warehouse locations.
